Executive Strata is a boutique Strata Management company managing strata schemes throughout the Sydney metropolitan area.
The business is family owned and operated which guarantees that you are dealing directly with the owners. Customer service is our priority to ensure that we retain your business and build ongoing relationships.
We are licensed to manage all types of Strata schemes in NSW. Our staff members have background in law, insurance, banking, property and accounting to provide assurance that your strata building is managed appropriately. Our preferred contractors (cleaning/garden maintenance, building repair, plumbing etc) are all licenced with many years of experience in undertaking work for Strata properties throughout Sydney.
We also provide advisory services to developers of new strata schemes relating to townhouses, residential units, mixed use (residential/commercial) buildings as well as neighbourhood and community titles.
Paul Tran is the principal licensee of the business. He has been involved in the property and finance industry for over 17 years commencing his career in accounting, insurance, and was previously an Executive in the Commercial Property Finance Division for one of Australia’s major Bank. Paul has a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is a member of Australia’s CPA

For emergency repairs of common property after business hours and holiday periods, please contact a qualified licenced tradesmen servicing the local area.
If you call a contractor to repair a common area and it is not an emergency, you will be responsible for payment of the account.
